ARAD employees:

Know who their division’s Ethics Officer is.

Appreciate the importance of acting ethically and complying with the laws, regulations, and Company policies that apply to their work.

Understand their role in protecting the Company’s reputation.

Recognize and know the Company’s Values of Integrity, Excellence, Accountability & Respect.

Are able to recognize situations in which the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is being (or may be) violated.

Are able to raise questions or concerns about compliance (with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct or with applicable laws, regulations, or Company policies) to appropriate Company resources.

Feel comfortable raising questions or concerns, knowing that the Company will not tolerate retaliation for issues raised in good faith.
Ethics and HR Issue Resolution
The following methods are available to employees to raise concerns regarding violations or possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as seek guidance on issues:

Appropriate functional department (including CBA Labor Relations, Human Resources, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Audit, or Security)

You may remain anonymous with any of these means of reporting, if you wish to do so. Please understand that our goal is to create an environment in which our employees are comfortable discussing concerns about possible ethics violations. With that said, retaliation against anyone who raises a concern about misconduct in good faith is not tolerated. In the event that feel that you are being retaliated against, as a result of making a concern, you should contact the Ethics Office immediately!
